Please give full make / model and specs of computer. Unlikely,you have bad malware after a clean install,as you found out,pirated software,cracks,warez,just kill your computer.
Task Manager always hits high CPU use when it opens,that,s normal.what kind of CPU use to you get when idle?.that's what matters. I ran Premium Norton full scan and again nothing. I clean reinstalled twice, with cleaning my TMP and once not, but again the problem remained. Task manager doesn't really show what is causing the high RAM usage either, but i've noticed that as i open it, the CPU and RAM is suddenly sky-high but then drops a little. I took a look through the security logs and saw that a couple days ago, there was some user enumeration and other extremely suspicious activity. A couple days later, several windows applications such as svchost.exe or f_aaa5.exe(not the exact name) started trying to access my protected folders. I believe this may be caused by some malware, so quickly turned on Windows Defender, ran a scan and found nothing.
When basically all my apps were closed, the RAM was about 50-60%. However, I noticed some high RAM usage when idle.
Don't worry, literally everything that was pirated has been deleted by me.
